Payments

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and start after processing (3 to 7 business days). Customs fees, import taxes or VAT are the buyer's responsibility. See the Shipping and Returns page for zones and times.
Returns and refunds
14-day return window for unused items in original condition. Defects must be reported with photos within 7 days. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
